He was absolutely instrumental in ensuring this deal reached completion, especially after we encountered significant and frustrating delays from third parties. His response to the bottleneck was exemplary. He quickly escalated the issue and pushed assertively for a resolution, ensuring our interests were protected and the transaction did not fall apart. This decisive action was the turning point and proved just how efficient and tenacious he is. Throughout the entire process, the great communication was a standout feature. During the renovation of our new house, it became apparent that a wall dividing our property from neighbours' properties would need to be taken down and replaced. This led to a dispute with one of our neighbours which caused us much distress. We then contacted Daniel Stern of Slater Heelis for help. He put our minds immediately at rest, was firm and decisive in his actions and understood the situation at once. The divorce process between my wife and myself started out on relatively amicable terms and we agreed and documented all matters that needed to be resolved between us. The involvement of her new partner and the subsequent appointment of a solicitor significantly changed the dynamic and everything that had been agreed was suddenly revoked. After two years of wrangling I engaged Stowe Family Law out of desperation and the world suddenly got a lot clearer. I got a far better understanding of my position, rights and how various matters could be progressed and resolved. The minute Stowe got involved, the other solicitors quietened down. All outstanding matters were resolved and the divorce completed within 6 months.
