Top 10 of 1,413 law firms for Enforcing Purchase Agreements, Contract Law

Over the past 6 months I have had the legal support I needed from Michael Feakes. Michael keeps legal matters simple. He helped me with several contracts and updated our terms online. From the outset, I found Michael to be very knowledgeable and informative in the way he made sure he captured our requirements. He quickly gets to the point to ensure our legal documents are clear, concise, and most importantly – say what we mean. In summary I found Michael to be incredibly customer focussed delivering professional legal advice for a competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Feakes & Co to any prospective client.

We have partnered with Forbes for many years for employment law support. This was the first time I have worked with Sheroze Nadeem and Katie Lee. We required support with a third party contract dispute and I cannot fault the service we received. Calls or emails were returned quickly and advice was provided in an easy to understand format and we received a lot of support during the dispute. They negotiated for us and the outcome was more in our favour than it would have been without their support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Everything was handled in a very professional manner & any difficulties were dealt with immediately . I was kept in touch with the progress of the contract at all times.

First class service, very approachable. I achieved my goal of creating a Lodger agreement specifically tailored to my needs.

We had an awful experience with Utility Bidder who tried to get a rather large sum of money from our company in commission for a service they were unable to provide for us. They were using bully boy tactics and trying to frighten us. Zoe was remarkable with her defence, especially in gathering evidence of all communication including the recorded phone calls. We felt so supported and were able to push this to one side as Zoe dealt with everything for us and we are pleased that Utility Bidder finally gave up. Using Sleep Blackwell, was money well spent that in the end saved us a fortune as opposed to paying Utility Bidder.

As first time buyers we genuinely can’t be any happier! Leasa exceeded all our expectations. She had to deal whit a very unprofessional and uncooperative counterpart from vendor’s side and she has to so part of their job too! Despite this, she managed to get the job done within our personal deadlines, keeping us constantly informed about everything and tackling all the inevitable problems with experienced competence and firm attitude. We’re extremely happy about the whole process. Thank you. Luca and Bettina
