The level of care and attention that Robin Charrot and his team took did not go unnoticed and won’t be forgotten. From the outset, I appreciated Robin’s straightforwardness and that he patiently talked through my many “what if” scenarios and questions. He was tactful, kind and tempered any fraught moments and I trusted him implicitly. He sourced several excellent barristers to choose from for a PFDR hearing. Despite the differing locations, in-person and online meetings were accommodated, as necessary. When the chips are down, a steadfast resolve is what’s needed. Robin, Eluned Roberts and Sarah Jane Whittaker worked seamlessly as a team and fought my corner with dignity.
