Speeding fine but didn’t receive notification from the police until they planned to disqualify me for failing to provide information.

This refers to an alleged traffic offence for which I was threatened with prosecution. Mr Moss of BP Collins was most helpful and gave me excellent advice and support. He and a colleague visited the place where the alleged offence took place. As a result of his investigation, he was able to convince the police that, as far as it concerned me, no offence had been committed. I would certainly consult Mr Moss again if any similar situation occurred again. My thanks to him. This all cost me a lot of money, but I did not begrudge it because I was so thankful to have the threat of prosecution lifted.

I was recommend to Stephen Halloran by a mutual friend after a very bad experience at another Solicitors. Stephen can in my view can only be described in one way and that would be extremely knowledgeable in his field, he is straight forward, and very conscientious, he will give his very best in defending his clients. My driving matter was very serious and he dealt with it with the upmost care. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone needing Legal advice.

Professional service, fair prices, amazing people and team. I just recommend for everyone. Thank you for your amazing job and all the best for your in the future 😀
