In October 24 I was involved in an RTA whilst driving to work. The other driver falsely accused me of drink driving and called the police.
The police arrived and I passed a breathalyser test, however the roadside swab showed trace of cannabis. I was arrested and taken to the station to give a blood sample.

There was no duty solicitor available at the station and I was concerned that I was being treated unfairly. I gave blood, however the procedure was not straight forward as I am queasy around blood and I was generally concerned that being forced to give blood may be unlawful.
 I was released on bail and very upset about the whole situation as I have to drive to work and worried that I could even loose my job.

I spent some time looking for a solicitor and was dubious of some of the free advice I was given by some firms and from the reviews I had read.
 
 I contacted John and it was the best decision I could have made. He gave me his time right away and I was able to explain what had happened whilst it was all still fresh in my memory. 

Without going into every detail, my calls with John made me feel at ease as he was honest, calm and professional. 

 I chose for John to represent me as he was very upfront about the payment procedure. I had read some horror story's online about people paying large sums of money to other firms and not getting the result they wanted. Although still worried about the possible outcome, I let John and his team deal with the case.

 I was represented at a court hearing by Mr Barnes, he was an absolute gent and explained everything I needed to know beforehand. Johns blood specialist Mr Rooney is the very best. Amazing experience and depth of knowledge. 

Several month later, we received the outcome we had hoped for as the evidence against me was well analysed and challenged on solid grounds.

I have to say, knowing I was in safe hands I was able to put the situation to the back of my mind and get on with life whilst the case played out. The case was dropped much sooner than I could have hoped for and I am incredibly grateful to John and his team for their amazing work and professionalism.
