Alex Mancini was able to assist me on short notice with review of a redundancy agreement. We were able to sit together and review the agreement in full. He took the time to explain certain portions which may have otherwise escaped my attention. We were able to adhere to the strict budget set by my company. Most importantly, I had to meet with Alex with my 11 month old in tow, so it was heartwarming for her to be received well, including providing her with toys as a distraction (although she found the papers and cables far more interesting). Thank you very much for your help and I would return if needed!

Very efficient experience from beginning to end. Excellent speed of initial response. Practical advice given and felt supported throughout the entire process.

I received very timely help on a work settlement agreement task, with clear answers and guidance. Mr Behan was friendly and clear, and answered my questions.

The good news is that the employer has rescinded all their allegations against him and reinstated his position; I wanted to thank yourself and in particular Tracy Waite for both your empathy and professionalism throughout the process and more importantly that we at least got one over the “big boys”. Well done team!

Tom Lathom was extremely helpful when dealing with my case requiring legal advice for an employment law issue, which he completed with meticulous attention to detail. Tom is very knowledgeable and professional, with a friendly and approachable manner. I would highly recommend Tom Lathom and Moss Solicitors and would definitely contact them again for any legal advice should it be needed in the future.
