We appointed Hewitts Solicitors to advise us in matters relating to employment law and to reach an agreement with a difficult member of staff that we had to suspend. We were appointed Daniel Peacock and Ben Green to handle the matter to which they provided an excellent understanding and knowledge of the issue and potential issues that may arise. Discussion was easy and I fully understood the language used, which was a great relief to a potential situation. Rachel Evetts was brought in to mediate and provide an unbiassed investigation to the matter, she again provided a very professional and understanding service. The matter resulted in a speedy and mutually agreeable arrangement for both parties. I was unfortunate to be party to an unfeasible TUPE transfer resulting in a Settlement Agreement needing to be legally checked. My timescale was very tight due to pre-booked annual leave overlapping the submission deadline. FJG were the only solicitor out of three who responded to my enquiry immediately.
