    “I was unfortunate to be party to an unfeasible TUPE transfer resulting in a Settlement Agreement needing to be legally checked. My timescale was very tight due to pre-booked annual leave overlapping the submission deadline. FJG were the only solicitor out of three who responded to my enquiry immediately. He removed untenable clauses where necessary and requested additional wording be included for clarity. Advice was clear, ensuring I understood every section before signing and accepting the offer. He was empathetic throughout the whole process, very professional and mindful of the timescale.
