Most of us that need legal advice just don't know where to start, we don't understand the legal jargon, we don't understand how solicitors pricing works (and almost afraid to ask), we're worried about our situation, we're worried about the 'other party' and what they can do, and just about everything is foreign to us. We need straight talk, we need it quickly, we need our minds to be put at rest and we need everything explained in a language that we understand. Karin ticks all these boxes and more. I was never afraid to ask questions and she explained how the process works and all the possibilities. She is also a good listener and you can tell that she cares immensely, she cares about you, she cares about morals, and most importantly she cares enough to be bluntly honest even if it it's maybe not what you want to hear.
