He took the time to explain certain portions which may have otherwise escaped my attention. We were able to adhere to the strict budget set by my company. Most importantly, I had to meet with Alex with my 11 month old in tow, so it was heartwarming for her to be received well, including providing her with toys as a distraction (although she found the papers and cables far more interesting).
