This work covers very serious criminal cases and complex investigations arising under English criminal law, including high‑level fraud, money laundering, organised crime, serious drug offending, homicide and other grave offences. A solicitor in this area drafts and negotiates complex indictments, reviews disclosure, coordinates with experts and investigators, and represents clients at Crown Court proceedings, including trials, bail hearings, and sentence or appeal matters. The work is shaped by evidentiary challenges, regulatory scrutiny and the potential for serious consequences.

James O'Hara

Tagged solicitor James O'Hara

James O’Hara is an exceptionally competent and professional solicitor. I was extremely disappointed with my previous solicitor, who accompanied me to the POCA interview but did virtually nothing to help. James stepped in and, using his expertise and experience, worked effectively to help me minimise my losses. I’m very glad I appointed him and I highly recommend his services.
