The Graduate Entrepreneur visa covers graduates who want to start or run a business in the UK with endorsement from a recognised body. A solicitor helps prepare and submit the endorsement and visa applications, gathering evidence of funds, business plans and compliance with Home Office rules, and then supports the client through any visa extensions or changes of circumstance. They will liaise with the endorsing body, UK Visas and Immigration, and, if needed, with business registration and tax authorities as the case develops.

Samuel Jones provided an excellent service helping me put through my Irish Passport application. He knew and understood the full procedure and was quick, polite, and efficient. He even provided confirmation to the Irish authorities by 'phone.
