In this area, a solicitor helps clients challenge immigration decisions through the UK’s tribunal and court system. Typical work includes drafting grounds of appeal or schemes for permission, preparing representations for the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) or Upper Tribunal, and, if necessary, pursuing judicial review in the High Court. The aim is to secure a reopen or reversal of the original decision, or to obtain additional time and protection while a case is considered.

“I cannot recommend Elite Law Solicitors highly enough, and especially Neveen, who handled our case. The spouse visa process was incredibly stressful and emotional for us, but Neveen was professional, knowledgeable, patient and supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions and guided us through each stage of the application. There were moments when we felt very anxious about the outcome, but having Neveen handling our case gave us reassurance and confidence that everything had been prepared correctly. I am absolutely delighted to say that my husband’s spouse visa was successfully granted, and we couldn’t be happier! ❤️ After everything we went through, receiving that approval was such an amazing moment for us. A huge thank you to Neveen and Elite Law Solicitors for all your hard work, professionalism and support. We are genuinely grateful for everything you did to help bring us one step closer to starting our life together in the UK. I would wholeheartedly recommend Neveen and Elite Law Solicitors to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and caring immigration solicitor. 5 stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rosa & Obi”

“I had an excellent experience with Greystone Solicitors handling my immigration matter. Zafar Iqbal and Laraib Ijaz were very professional, kind, and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. They were always responsive and, most importantly, very clear about what needed to be done at each stage, which made everything much less stressful. I truly appreciate their guidance and dedication, and I am super happy with the service and guidance they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable immigration advice”
