We had an exceptionally complicated house purchase, with numerous difficulties and unexpected issues along the way. We are incredibly grateful to Gerard for guiding us through the whole process with professionalism, patience and persistence. Gerard was always responsive, thorough and reassuring, and took the time to explain things clearly whenever problems arose. Most importantly, he was proactive in dealing with the many complications and kept pushing things forward when the transaction could easily have stalled. Buying a house is stressful enough at the best of times, and ours was certainly not a straightforward purchase. Having such a reliable and experienced solicitor on our side made an enormous difference, and we genuinely don't think we could have got through the process so smoothly without their help. We would highly recommend Gerard, particularly to anyone dealing with a complicated property transaction. Thank you again for all your hard work and support!
