I honestly couldn’t recommend Rachel enough. From the very beginning she was absolutely excellent! Proactive, professional and solid with communication. She immediately put my mind at ease, explained everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect at every stage. What should have been an incredibly stressful and daunting experience somehow felt completely manageable, and she even managed to make the whole process almost enjoyable! The outcome was also better than I could have hoped for, receiving 6 points and a relatively small fine. An absolutely fantastic solicitor who genuinely cares about her clients.
