This area covers claims for injuries that happen in catering settings, such as slips, burns, or other accidents in kitchens or restaurant premises. On arrival I tripped and had a heavy fall sustaining injuries. The accident form was filled in by a receptionist. I duly signed the document but failed to read it over, am error on my part but I was in much pain. Whether I was at fault or the receptionist misheard me. Later when I saw the report it appeared that it was not the report I expected.
