I was involved in a road traffic incident in 2018 and needed legal representation. Finding good legal representation is paramount and can be a total minefield. I'm very happy to say I selected Morgan's Solicitors in Dunfermline and namely Brian Tait to represent my interests. I made an appointment and Brian and his team were very helpful, professional and easy to talk to. Brian was in contact and kept me updated all the way, providing me sound legal advice. Not only this i could not be more pleased with the outcome as he won my case and saved me from losing my driving licence. So a massive thanks to Brian and his team and I would/will highly recommend in him in the future. Many thanks brian tait im so very greatful. connor.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ralph Clark who dealt with my industrial disease claim. I was kept up to date throughout the process and was treated with dignity and respect at all times. Ralph is a credit to the company and I would highly recommend ASD to anyone.

Had a crash that wasn’t my fault, as a result used upright Morris solicitors to represent me in both the personal injury and motoring offences that occurred as a result. Both Nick and Callum represented me in there area of law for which I am forever thankful. Cheers both! You guys are going places.

I have recently settled a PI claim through Eaton Smith (Yes PI) - and I was extremely impressed with the service. In particular Lindsay Preston kept me fully informed throughout and was expert in her field; friendly and very down to earth and with a first class approach overall with excellent legal and practical knowledge, overall a joy to deal with in what could have been a trying situation over the last year and a half. Would most certainly recommend.

Thank you for transferring my settlement funds to my account so promptly. As this will be our last communication I would like to thank you for all the work you have put into pursuing my claim, with pleasing results. I appreciate how you listened and acted on what I had to say and kept me informed throughout the somewhat lengthy procedure. I must say, at one point, I had resigned myself to a negative outcome but I hadn't reckoned on your perseverance! I will certainly contact you in the future if I require any legal advice. Your professional but friendly approach impressed me. Thank you.

Keith is an accomplished lawyer and more than that recognises the need to explain to clients the process, it’s potential to disappoint and reward. An adept ability to tailor the information by understanding his audience. I could simply not have faced the process without his expert guidance. His attention to detail ensured the right outcome, I will be eternally grateful to him.
