A solicitor in this area advises on the appointment, the trustee’s duties, and the process of realising assets, dealing with claims, and filing the necessary reports and accounts with the Insolvency Service. The work often involves statutory investigations, reporting on the debtor’s conduct, and ensuring correct distribution of dividends to creditors.

Reshma Amin

Tagged solicitor Reshma Amin

Reshma provided a professional service helping to organize a will for an elderly person whose first language was Gujarati. Transparent with the costs, helped make amendments and arranged for the will to be signed and witnessed at their local offices. Parking was available and with offices on the ground floor, there were no issues with access for someone elderly and with mobility issues. Throughout the process, Reshma was professional, polite and made an effort to ensure that the will could be completed with the minimum of fuss. Finding legal professionals with the ability to converse in Gujarati (south of the river) proved to be more difficult than expected and fortunately Reshma was able to step in ensuring her client's wishes were met and understood perfectly. Would highly recommend this law firm and grateful for Reshma's assistance
