I can honestly say that I could not have asked for a better lawyer. From day one Gary treated me with respect and I will never forget the way he made me feel. Both he and Sue kept me informed and fought my corner all the way through my case. I was warned initially that this was not going to be an easy ride. After my accident I was very worried about everything. My health my work and my future. Gary took a huge weight off my shoulders. He explained things in plain English always returned my calls and made me feel as though I was his only client. Ĺ what impressed me most is how he and Sue worked so hard for me Garry explained things in plain English, he only cared about getting the right result for me and my family. He stood up to the other side and never backed down. Thanks to his efforts I got a result I never thought possible. The team I had helping me with my family matter issues were very good and helpful and got me the result I was looking to get.. upfront with the cost of things and very good with getting u great options for barristers if needed, very patient and understanding and sometimes it could be difficult by my self and the team with some miscommunication from me not understanding the law and what is being said and from them not understanding what I was wanting, but never the less though there hard work and the communication back and forth we would always get there in the end and these things will happen with any Solicitors... The team were always reassuring and would be upfront with u and keep it 100% During court proceedings they were fantastic and keeping u in the loop and calm though out and fantastic with the paper work and sorting all legal matters out and u updated though out the process... The team always put u in the driving seat from cost to the situation and the options you have and what will be the right steps for you to take explaining all the options you have.. I would highly recommend Watkins and gunn to friend or family member and I would use them again for other matters that they cover if i ever need just based off the great service they provided me with during the the family matters issues that they helped me deal with...
