I cannot thank Elizabeth Miles and her team enough for the support and professionalism they have shown throughout my case. This was a proceedings case involving social services, which made it an incredibly stressful and important situation for me and my family, but I felt fully supported from start to finish. From the very beginning, Elizabeth was clear, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I always knew where I stood. What really stood out was her honesty. Elizabeth was always upfront and realistic, giving me the best advice at every stage — even when it wasn’t necessarily what I wanted to hear. That level of honesty and integrity made it much easier to trust the process and make the right decisions. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly. This made a difficult process much more manageable. I had originally contacted Greens solicitors ltd to enquire about representation for changing my daughter's surname. After speaking with Georgina via video call it was agreed to go for further orders in my daughter's case. I met with Olivia who represented myself in court on both occasions and I honestly cannot express how happy and appreciative I am of everything she done for me. She kept me informed on each step and was able to answer any questions or concerns i had. Olivia had my daughter's best interests at heart and gathered all evidence that was beneficial for my case.

Friendly solicitors and tried to sort my problems. Clean and tidy when in the reception area but in the downstairs entrance / exit going through a considerable amount of refurbishment.
