We wanted to get our wills in order and additional advice on having the very confusing LPAs pt in place. Too much for us to understand and deal with, so we considered it worthwhile to get professional advice. it was important for us to understand the legal issues but not to get so confused that we were scared off. We found every stupidly naive question we raised was dealt with through explanation and respect.

I unfortunately had a very negative experience with HCRLaw . My case progressed at an excruciatingly slow pace, largely due to their lack of proactivity. The failure to address essential documents in a timely manner, leaving it until the very end, resulted in significant delays and considerable unnecessary stress. Communication was also a major issue. Getting hold of them was near impossible; calls frequently went unanswered, and I was constantly left chasing for updates. Even when they did promise to get back to me, they rarely followed through. Overall, I found their service to be incredibly inefficient and frustrating. If you are looking for a solicitor who is responsive, proactive, and values your time, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Throughout the whole process leading up to the hearing it was clear that Nicola Wheater is an exceptional professional - sharp-minded with a strong attention to detail and a patient manner which has never gone unnoticed. Nicola was pragmatic, intelligent and calm - all qualities which have been appreciated. Nicola Wheater and Valerie Charbit (Counsel - Red Lion Chambers) were a fine team offering much reassurance to our organisation at an emotionally difficult time....

Following a recent house purchase we realised it would be a good idea to each arrange a Will. Emma was recommended to us and we are very pleased with the service she provided. The advice provided was clear and succinct whilst Emma always had an informed answer to any queries we had. Emma and her team were very efficient throughout and were friendly and approachable. We have already recommended Emma's services to other family members.

Other than the individual actions of one solicitor which was very good, the rest of the service and experiences over almost 12 months for our business has not been good. The communication is awful, advice is not definitive and the rates are exceptionally high for a service which doesn't match the costs. I could not recommend them at all, and despite multiple attempted to contact them recently over a legal need, we have received ZERO communication which has prompted us to switch firms.

Absolute shambles when we remortgaged with Wright Hassall. Having to chase them all the time, staff leaving someone else always dealing with the case. There were things they should have completed when we remortgaged with them 2 years ago that they did not do which caused us an issue this time around. We have complained with a very weak response. I would NOT recommend them at all. If there was an option for no stars I would do this.

I had a great experience with Daniaal and Wright Hassall LLP. My visa process went smoothly and on timings shorter than expected. Great client counselling, great knowledge of the processes.. Just a very knowledgeable and professional advisor and firm.

Dionne Russell of the Business Immigration Team was extremely helpful in sorting out my Indefinite Leave to Remain application. The UK immigration process can be overwhelming, but with her help I was given peace of mind. She is very skilled with navigating the complexities of this country's rules and regulations, and she is always quick to make sure that everything is explained thoroughly and always willing to listen to any questions or concerns that you may have. If you find yourself needing the services of a solicitor for your immigration needs, don't hesitate to get in touch with her. You'll be glad you did!

Had the displeasure of this firm sending private letters to my neighbours which were meant for me regarding a legal matter. I complained and between Alastair Redfern and Purveen Dhami, they he had a year of excuses and ignorance. Both clearly incapable of doing their basic jobs, never mind finding an apology to me. The other reviews I read all sound familiar, nothing positive about this firm, and their several trading names.
