Overall, the experience was acceptable. However, I was disappointed by an error relating to the date of an email that was referenced in support of my case. The solicitor referred to the expiry date rather than the actual sent date, which caused confusion for both my former Head of Sales and Head of HR. I believe the outcome may have taken a different course had this been referenced correctly from the outset.

The experience I had with MFG was awful. Even having gone through the complaints procedure I was still completely unsatisfied with the outcome and ended up out of pocket. I dealt with Lucie Couchman, when I could actually get hold of her and I would not recommend. I had to change solicitors 2 weeks before my house sale went through & had to pay MFG £600 for doing nothing.

Poor communication from Victoria was quick enough to get a response when it was their clients but when we wanted to finalise the estate took weeks and various phonecalls to get the matter finalised.

Absolutely amazing! We couldnt be happier with the service we got when doing our house purchase with MFG as our solicters. They were so efficient and kept us well informed with every step. They worked so fast that we were in our new home within weeks of getting our mortgage offer. The solicter that dealt with our case was Jane Morley, she was fantastic.
