    I cannot recommend Annita at George Green highly enough. From start to finish, her expertise, advice and guidance were truly second to none. The purchase of my property ended up being a lengthy process, but throughout, she made me feel completely at ease. She kept me fully informed and regularly updated and always explained any reasoning for delays etc. Annita always ensured I fully understood every piece of documentation before proceeding and even took the time to call me on several occasions to talk through with me. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience and attention to detail were exceptional. I always felt that I was in safe hands and that nothing was ever too much trouble.       Our experience with this solicitor was disappointing. We spent a big amount in fees, during which time only two letters were sent to the other party involved. Unfortunately, the matter did not progress or produce the results we had hoped for. We also received monthly invoices throughout the process and were charged for drafting responses to emails received from us. Based on our personal experience, we would carefully consider alternative options before choosing to use their services.

      If you need a solicitor who charges exorbitant charges for an incompetent service then these are the people for you they will charge over £2400 for photocopying paperwork that they never check and when questioned about it threaten you with that you have committed a crime so thanks for your charges
