I contacted Zoe to help me navigate all aspects of my divorce, including both the financial settlement and arrangements for my child. From our very first phone conversation, I felt reassured by the way she clearly explained what was going to be a long and, at times, incredibly overwhelming process. Zoe guided me through everything step by step, always explaining my options clearly and managing my expectations with honesty and professionalism. What I valued most was that she always had my best interests at heart, while also being realistic about possible outcomes. This wasn't the first firm I tried but Amanda and Aalia were the ones who got this difficult matter sorted in the end. They were different because they showed sympathy and praticality in equal measure. They were very aware of costs and they drove the process and kept it moving where it had stalled elsewhere. They are a strong team who work seemlessly together and I thank them for their candor, good clear advice and kindness through it all.

I instructed Lauren Heathcote to assist me with an application to vary an existing Child Arrangements Order. My objective was to secure a 50/50 shared care arrangement for my son. Lauren not only supported that goal but, together with the excellent barrister she recommended, successfully obtained a Joint Lives With Order and secured the discharge of a restrictive order that unnecessarily limited my attendance at my son’s activities and events. Throughout what was inevitably a difficult and emotionally charged process, Lauren was outstanding. She combined professionalism, diligence and sound judgement with a calm, measured approach. She provided clear advice, kept a close eye on costs, and remained focused on the overall objective. One of Lauren’s greatest strengths is her quiet determination. She was never distracted by hostility or unnecessary conflict, instead staying focused on achieving the best possible outcome. I was particularly grateful for the effort she made to secure my preferred barrister for the final hearing. Through persistence and strong relationships with chambers, she persuaded them to rearrange an existing commitment so the barrister could represent me.
