My experience with Geeta Khuttan started a few days after I was introduced to Eaton Solicitors. Geeta promised the earth, but my expectations were that would not happen. How wrong I was. She has truly gone above and beyond in fulfilling her promises to myself, and without any need for prompts or reminders from myself, to the contrary, she has prompted myself. Geeta's genuine care for her clients shines through in everything she does, and I deeply appreciate all her efforts on my behalf. Her dedication and professionalism have not gone unnoticed, and I am incredibly grateful for all you have done for me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After more than two years working with Eatons, I can honestly say I couldn't have asked for a better team. From the very beginning, Talat and her team were exceptional. Talat wasn't just my solicitor—there were days she probably felt more like my therapist. I went through one of the most stressful periods of my life, and no matter how overwhelmed I felt, she always took the time to explain everything clearly, reassure me, and help me see a way forward. She never made me feel like just another client. She genuinely cared, and that made all the difference. I honestly don't think I could have got through this journey without her. The reception team also deserve so much credit. Every single interaction was met with a warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. It's often the little things that make the biggest difference, and they consistently made me feel valued and supported. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Karen in Accounts, because I genuinely don't think she gets the recognition she deserves. No one looks forward to the monthly payment call, but Karen somehow managed to make every conversation pleasant. She was always kind, patient, caring, and happy to listen. If I ever had any concerns, she would do everything she could to help. She is an absolute credit to Eatons. When it came to the final stage of my case, I needed the conveyancing team to move things through quickly, and Geeta made it happen. Her efficiency and dedication meant everything at such an important time, and I'm incredibly grateful. Looking back over the last two years, I realise this wasn't just about receiving excellent legal advice. It was about having a team of genuinely compassionate, professional people who stood by me through one of the hardest chapters of my life. Every person I dealt with treated me with respect, patience, and kindness, and for that I will always be grateful. To Talat, Karen, Geeta, the reception team, and everyone else at Eatons who played a part in my journey—thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have changed my life for the better, and I will never forget everything you have done for me. Great Solicitors, real helpful, be careful of senior members having friendships with your opposition

We booked our free 30 minute advisory session. The professional we met with was flustered, confused, unsure of any guidelines or protocols and offered no advice whatsoever. We gave an outline of pur issue and were told we would receive an advisory response within a few days by email. We then received no advice but an intial potential bill of £400 for Eatons to look at the case and decide if they would take it. If they didn't then it would still cost £400. The free 30 minutes is very misleading and only resulted in an email list of fees to be charged which could of been clearly stated within 5 minutes of our meeting. Very unprofessional face to face meeting with an unconfident, confused and an unknowledgeable member of staff. We were given no advice whatsoever and emailed a list of charges. We have now gone elsewhere. Terrible experience for customers at a vulnerable time.

Disgusting that they can charge £201 + vat per hr and leave people hanging with no contact or advise on what's going on! will update review as and when but I can assure you I will NEVER be using these gold diggers again!

Eatons provided all that i could have wished for from a Solicitor. They were professional, always returned calls & messages when stated, were realistic in managing my expectations of the outcome of my case and more than anything they appeared to care and never tried to blind me with legal jargon etc. Many Thanks to the team, but especially Fiona & Richard.
