They offer a free consultation but later attempt to charge for services not rendered. When contested, they aggressively pursue obtaining a County Court Judgment (CCJ) against you. Frankly, I have never encountered individuals of such low integrity. Michaela Bruszniewski and their managing partner Graeme engage in dishonest practices and deceitful behavior. Then you have their very own dog Nabeel Asif to go out of his way to get a CCJ against you. STAY WELL AWAY

I was very happy with the service from Eatons solicitors Joanne Toft was excellent and the result was more than I ever expected.

In reply to Mr Pennocks review. Mr Pennock a barrister who told me to go away and have a good holiday with my £1250 payout for brain injury and whiplash which resulted in the loss of my job, loss of home, loss of future career. Ongoing health needs I still need to factor in. Need I ask how much you would have got for the humiliating hour you spent with me? Do not use this firm if you have an injury resulting in long term severe symptoms. Passed round three solicitors here. The last one turned out to be an assistant locum. Unkept promises. Referred to a medico-legal specialist I requested not to see. Whose Medico-legal report, which was a disgrace - perjury committed on the report was not followed up. Need I say more!

Jim McBride certainly knows how to fight hard to get not just a good, but a brilliant result for his personal injury clients and his is the last name Defendants want to see on a Letter of Claim! I have also referred a couple of friends to him, one of whom was seriously injured by a dog and another who cracked a tooth on a foreign object in a packet of sweets who had been fobbed off when he tried to do it himself. The lady who was seriously injured by a dog was told by her first set of Solicitors and Barrister that she would lose and they wouldn't carry on with the case! Both are now over the moon with the Defendants admitting liability as soon as Jim got involved!
