Talat wasn't just my solicitorāthere were days she probably felt more like my therapist. I went through one of the most stressful periods of my life, and no matter how overwhelmed I felt, she always took the time to explain everything clearly, reassure me, and help me see a way forward. She never made me feel like just another client. She genuinely cared, and that made all the difference. I honestly don't think I could have got through this journey without her. The reception team also deserve so much credit. Every single interaction was met with a warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Used Eatons Bradford as a first time buyer, dealt with Louise & Julie both were good. I had to keep chasing them for updates as they were slow but thorough and that's what i wanted. Would recommend, just removed 1 star for the amount of chasing i had to do.
