    Making a Complex Process Feel Simple and Relaxed

    Lois was extremely professional whilst also bringing such a friendly and personal touch throughout the entire process. She supported me from start to finish during the purchase of our first property through a business, which at times felt very difficult and overwhelming. Understanding the documents and knowing exactly what needed to be done was not easy, but Lois went above and beyond to explain every stage clearly and thoroughly. At times, contacting a solicitor can feel quite overwhelming, but Lois never once made me feel intimidated or uncomfortable. She was always approachable, patient, and happy to help, which made a huge difference throughout. She made the whole process feel calm, relaxed, and far less stressful than it could have been. She was always very easy to contact, incredibly helpful, and no question ever felt too difficult or too small to ask. I’m extremely pleased with the support and service she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and approachable solicitor.

    Anna Betheridge and Olivia Gee represented me for a sale and purchase. The buyer was unreasonable with their expectations on the speed if the sale. They were both absolutely amazing in handling a challenging buyer and their solicitor. They worked incredibly hard with an exchange and completion two days later. I appreciate this sounds ‘corny’, however they did provide a first class service and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

      Zanna was nothing but professional, helpful and proactive with her work. Everytime there was an opportunity for her to get ahead, she did it so as not to slow our transaction down.       Could not recommend Thornton Jones and especially Zanna and Molly more for conveyancing. We never waited more than a few hours for a reply to our emails and they were always professional and kind, even when we were probably asking too many questions!
