Very professional and approachable. Will "turned around" quicker than expected which was great. Have to say shocked at the price £1200 ex VAT I can see why people don`t have a Will or make one on line as this coast would be unaffordable to alot of people. It cleared my savings!

Exceptional service. I used the firm's online form to send a query re certification of documents & witnessing a declaration at the Melksham branch office on Sunday evening. We came to Goughs Solicitors on the recommendation of a friend. Our problem seemed complex to us and in the end we required two Solicitors to help solve it. Throughout we were kept updated, all the staff were friendly (which put us at ease), forever grateful for the hard work of both Solicitors, in fact so impressed we used a third Goughs Solicitor to make our wills.

I was called by Alice and spoke with her for about 30 minutes and explained my concerns. She gave me some really good advice about how I should progress forward and what I should or shouldn’t be entitled to. Alice was very easy to talk and explained everything in great detail. Should I need help moving forward at a later stage in my divorce I will definitely be asking Alice for further help.

I would highly recommend Isabel and her team. Throughout the conveyancing process communication was excellent and any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and clearly. Isabel took the time to carefully investigate issues and ensure that I had all the information needed to make informed decisions. I always felt that my interests were being protected which as a first time buyer I found very reassuring. The transaction was not without its challenges and Isabel navigated every issue with persistence and professionalism keeping it progressing. Although the purchase ultimately did not proceed, I was very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to instruct Isabel again in the future.

We’ve just bought and sold our home. Louis was our solicitor and I can say with some certainty that we’d have lost our dream family home if it wasn’t for him. He worked so hard for us, gave good advice, replied to emails and calls immediately - many many other solicitors don’t (our buyers and sellers solicitors certainly were not as reliable).
