I would highly recommend Maryann.
We have recently moved property and as this was our first time selling a property and buying a new one I was very nervous and sceptical about how the whole process worked. Maryann made this whole process an absolute breeze, She was incredibly professional, Very helpful and I wouldn't have been able to get through this process without her.
Maryann was very quick at responding to emails from the buyers solicitors and always available when we needed her.
Maryann went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and got to know us on a personal level and explained the whole process from start to finish therefore there was nothing that came up that we weren't aware of beforehand
Our whole journey was quick and pain free and I would definitely recommend!!
