      Great experience with conveyancing

      In the spring Tracey Crolla dealt with the conveyancing of a property where I was the power of attorney for the elderly owner who had gone in to a Care Home. It was an extremely stressful period for me but Tracey Crolla and her assistant Tracey Harding were both extremely understanding and helpful. Tracey Crolla kept me informed throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to use HCR Law again or recommend them to others.

      A disappointing experience - used the company for property conveyancing and received a Quotation for their services. HCR then provided an invoice which didn't match the Quotation previously provided. I spoke to a 'Partner' on the conveyancing side who clearly didn't understand the legal difference between a Quotation and an Estimate which is pretty poor for a legal firm.
