We had one face to face meeting whereby he explained the situation fully and advised the best way forward to a quick and satisfactory resolution.     I required advice for a dispute with my high street bank which had led to a significant loss of money. Although this advice was obtained via a drafted letter, I felt the cost of this was extremely high for the work involved, especially as I had actually produced all the background required.

    I’m completely satisfied with the services provided, my defences vigilance in the understanding of the law was extremely thorough and their choice of expert witness was,”arguably the best in the land”. Without this expertise and attention to detail i fear i would be seriously lost to arbitrary rule and would have suffered greatly. I cannot hold them in higher esteem and would trust them implicitly in any situation that came before me.
