    Disappointing Advice

    We approached Gardner Leader for advice regarding an ongoing consumer issue we were pursuing, to obtain a second opinion. We took time to explain the situation and our concerns with how our process was progressing, and received information and advice that was vague, and an opinion of what we should expect to achieve which (based on my understanding of consumer law) did not appear to be correct. Luckily for us, we resolved our consumer dispute and achieved far beyond what Michael was suggesting, through taking the approach that we felt was right; not what we were advised. A waste of £299.
