I sadly had to sell my late parents home. It was my childhood home too so naturally it was a very difficult time for me. Having used Gillian Haines and her wonderful team Charlotte & Carrie previously there was no hesitation when looking for a Conveyancing Team to look after the house sale. I contacted Gillian at EMG Solicitors in Darlington and she said they would be happy to deal with everything for me. From start to finish the care and attention that I received from Gillian and her team was second to none. Gillian went over and above a week before legal completion took place to help sort out issues further down the chain. Gillian was on top of everything from start to finish. Gillian and her team kept me fully updated regularly by email and telephone calls. Avoid these third-rate wannabe solicitors. They abuse their clients who are subject to the Court of Protection, and they will either steal or misappropriate your estate while pleading ignorance. Catlin Rosamund Margaret Watcyn Rafferty under the orders of Emma Mary Gaudern misappropriated more than one hundred thousand of local currency equivalent to over ten thousand pounds. I have official documentation and receipts to prove this, but they have denied everything and began to ignore me. I am now seeking a formal investigation into these abusive individuals. If you are subject to the CoP and need to contact or report Emma Mary Gaudern as well as her colleagues/ employees, you can find her Durham View, Whitesmock, Durham, England, DH1 4LL, No. plus four four seven eight five five four nine two four six zero. Report Emma Mary Gaudern and other individuals as necessary to the Office of the Public Guardian; they should not be a deputy nor should they be taking pleasure or joy in abusing their clients.
