Having had a bad experience with hidden charges with another law firm, we switched over to Emma at Elite Law Solicitors roughly 4 weeks into our house purchase. Initial thoughts were that she was very approachable and understanding of our situation and eager to help us. Throughout the coming weeks of service, Emma was very communicative and always available, usually responding to queries within a day or two. She was also very open to changes to. Specifically, we moved mortgage provider following exchange and she accommodated the change, enabling us to get a better rate. I would use Emma and ELS services again.

I have recently bought a property and Elite Law acted as my solicitor firm. Claudia was my solicitor, and I have absolutely zero complaints. Elite Law(Metha) provided a competitive quote for overseeing(completing on) a Bridging Loan against a Commercial Shop and Second Home property on my behalf and managed to complete this within the tight time frames required for this type of re-financing navigating through a number of challenges along the way. I have been very happy with the service provided and the completion date set out early in the process was met perfectly. Professional, trustworthy, proactive and focussed 100% on the clients need. Would happily use Elite again and would highly recommend them to others needing this level of service especially when a Commercial property is involved in the refinancing.

Elite Law solicitors assisted with an auction purchase involving bridging finance with a set deadlime for completion. I asked Elite Law Winchester for advice on several personal matters related to property including conveyancing. The advice was timely, pragmatic and reassuring. I also asked for a very urgent business support. This was dealt with immediately when I visited the office. Nothing appeared too much trouble. They were professional but understanding. They have become my go to lawyer in Winchester. .
We used Elite Law for the sale of our property, and I cannot thank Joseph Lewis and Mia Taylor enough for the way they handled what became an extremely difficult and stressful transaction. Our sale was anything but straightforward. There were repeated delays from the other side, unclear timescales, lender-related issues, and a huge amount of uncertainty around exchange and completion. At times, we were living out of suitcases, had belongings in storage, and were under real pressure trying to plan our lives around dates that kept moving. Throughout all of this, Joseph and Mia were calm, professional, responsive and genuinely supportive. They chased when needed, explained things clearly, kept us updated, and did everything they could to push the matter forward. Joseph in particular went above and beyond at key moments, including dealing with late updates and trying to get clarity when exchange was expected.
