I used Franklins for probate . I was surprised by the excellent service and speed of success in obtaining the probate, an excellent job done by Franklins . I went on to use their Conveyancing team to deal with the sale of my inherited house . My solicitor dealing with this process was Sobhia Ayub who was a treasure to work with . She kept me up to date with all the process from start to finish . It was a very speedy process from the start to the completion. If there were any obstacles to jump through Sobhia swiftly dealt with the situation. I would always recommend Sobhia to anyone who wishes to use a solicitor for their house conveyancing. Just a personal not to say " Big Thankyou Sobhia " you really were the best !

We used Franklins Solicitors for the purchase of our first home and had a very positive experience. Cameron handled our conveyancing and was excellent throughout. He was very responsive and easy to reach, whether by phone or email, and was thorough with everything. I don't have another conveyancing experience to compare it with, but I genuinely felt that he was working for us and looking after our interests throughout the process. At the beginning, we were under some pressure from the estate agent to use one of their recommended solicitors because the seller wanted the transaction to move quickly. We decided not to go with the recommendation and chose Franklins independently, mainly because of their strong Google reviews and because their quote included a no sale, no fee arrangement. That gave us some reassurance that we were all working towards the same goal. Franklins were more expensive than some of the solicitors recommended to us, but having now gone through the process, I feel the extra cost was worth it. They were responsive, organised and on top of things, which made a stressful process much easier. We also used Zak at Franklins to prepare our Declaration of Trust. Just like Cameron, he was fast, responsive, helpful and made the whole process feel straightforward and smooth. They are not the cheapest option, but based on our experience, you get a very good level of service for what you pay. I would happily recommend Franklins, and especially Cameron and Zak.
