I had a personal injury claim. My experience with Slater and Gordon was very positive. My case was not the most simple. I was very happy with the outcome of its conclusion. A large reason for this positive outcome was due to my Solicitor Naheed. Naheed was very easy to get hold of if I had any questions. It was very clear, that she genuinely cared about the case and the myself and wanted to achieve the best outcome possible. I genuinely believe it ended the way it did, due to Naheeds efforts. I signed up after seeing either a Facebook advert or receiving a cold text about PCP/car finance compensation. At the time, I was going through an extremely stressful period in my life involving divorce, housing uncertainty, financial problems, menopause and ongoing personal difficulties. I believed I was only making an initial enquiry for information. I tried to cancel almost immediately afterwards but struggled to even find out who I had signed up with, as I had no clear confirmation initially. I later decided to pursue the finance complaint myself directly with the finance company, only to be told another company was already acting on my behalf. I have requested cancellation several times by phone and email, but I continue to receive correspondence and the matter still does not appear to have been closed. The whole experience has caused unnecessary stress and delays at a time when I was already overwhelmed. I personally felt the process was unclear and difficult to stop once signed up. Their communication is slow to non-existent waiting weeks to reply for an email. Please just stop.

My experience in the beginning was amazing. The last 3 months I haven't received any reply to many emails. Considering this is a large medical negligence claim for cancer I would have expected a response. I do understand that they are going through the discovery phase and trying to update them on some extremely important information has been stressful.
