    Excellent Service! … Again!

    Having contacting Fiona Bruce Solicitors regarding selling our mums home after she had very sadly passed away, we were met with the utmost compassion and professionalism at a very emotional time for us. Luke was our conveyancing solicitor. If we had any questions, problems or queries, Luke was always there, he was very thorough, efficient and always kept us up to date with the progress. When my brothers and myself had to go to the office to sign paperwork at the end of the sale, we met Luke in person, he took time to explain everything clearly and made us feel at ease with the next, final steps. We had chosen to return to Fiona Bruce solicitors because of the fast and expert service that we had received when selling our late mums former home, buying her last home and sadly the sale of our late sisters home. We are extremely grateful for the support we have received over the years and would highly recommend Luke and Fiona Bruce’s solicitors to anyone needing reliable, compassionate solicitors.     Richard Palfreyman handled the conveyancing work we required with professionalism from start to finish. Unusual in that no telephone conversations were needed, since all the communications were conveyed in letters attached to emails. This was a more formal way of working than we were used to, but it worked very well because of Richard's diligence in pursuing the priorities. This also provided a clear record of progress towards the desired outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending Fiona Bruce solicitors.
