Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 350 staff across 20 offices throughout Yorkshire. We offer the broadest suite of legal services in the region and are very much embedded in the communities in which we have offices. Worse than I could ever have imagined. I had to teach them United Kingdom law on two occasions simply to remove their dark allusions. I received no apology, not even an acknowledgement. And they ignore both physical and digital communications. And among their few replies are, ahem, words that are strangers to the truth. And they cannot even arrange a simple, entirely legal, bank transfer without chaos and confusion.
