Samantha Sims and her team have been excellent in dealing with my clinical negligence case. For what has been a traumatic time, Sam has dealt with the case in such a friendly empathetic manner. I have been kept up to date throughout, even when there was no updates to give, Sam has ensured I knew what was going on and chased when needed. Anything I was unsure on and didn’t understand, any questions I had (no matter how small), everything was explained properly. Mr. Paul Fouad helped me claim compensation for clinical negligence, for my mother, who had suffered an injury in the nursing home that she had lived in. It took the case a long time to resolve; from 2018-2025, yet Mr. Fouad professionally persisted and constantly updated me along the way. Mr. Fouad instructed the right professionals to contribute to the case, including:- doctors, senior nurses and a barrister. We eventually won the case, but my mother is sadly no longer with us. However, my mother very much appreciated Mr. Fouad taking the time to visit her at the care home and found him very friendly. Thank you Paul, it was a pleasure meeting you.

I used Taylor Emmet for conveyancing as a first time buyer and was very impressed with them. Not having dealt with property sales before, I found them informative and responsive and the team led by Sally was a pleasure to deal with.
