Outstanding service through difficult divorce
I have just come through a very difficult divorce and never imagined I would find a solicitor that has helped me as much as Ben Stubbins did. Ben went above and beyond the services of a solicitor, showing real empathy and compassion when I was at my lowest points. At times when I felt all alone making difficult decisions, Ben was there every step of the way, guiding me through the process, reassuring me when I needed it and telling me everything was going to be fine. Although I mostly dealt directly with Ben through my divorce, Marcella was also incredible - dealt with things very quickly and efficiently and together they make a great team. I would 100% recommend Ben and Marcella in family law and can’t thank them both enough for what they have done for me.

We have used Shacklocks many times before regarding conveyancing and wills. We appointed Shaclocks as the solicitor recommended by Derbyshire Estate Agents in Belper had ceased trading due to a regulatory issue which was outside of our control. Given we were a long way down the line Jordanna quickly assessed the situation and very professionally responded to our needs.
