    Andrea Honeybone (Foys partner) along with her able staff Lisa and Jillian were extremely professional, efficient and most importantly, responsive to  our calls and queries at all times during our Doncaster house sale process. The proactive approach of "Team Andrea" was notably clear as they pressed for information on hiccups and holdups within the sale chain whenever the sale stalled. We were kept abreast of progress regularly even if this meant telling us they had nothing to tell us.... There is nothing worse than feeling like a mushroom in the dark! Selling your home is always stressful but we have no hesitation in giving Foys solicitors and "Team Andrea" our highest recommendation for providing a most competitively priced, premium service that has customer care at its heart.     Property Sale and Purchase

    We had Grace Walker handle the sale and purchase of our property recently and she was a pleasure to deal with. She wasn't afraid of putting on pressure with the other solicitors to keep the process moving which was something that I really appreciated and was very good at keeping me up to date with progress. Also I had no complaints about my many questions I threw her way. I recommended her to a colleague and he has had a pleasure working with Grace as well with the same experience as me. Thank you!!

    No communication

    Extremely poor communication, over two months without an update. However, they were very quick to take my payment! How strange. Avoid this company unless you want to have to chase them to do the job that they've been paid to do.

      Foys Probate

      A fairly straightforward probate took 17% longer and cost 22% more than Foys highest estimates. We felt we had to agree to their excessive charges to get the whole stressful process finished which took over 21 months despite chasing them weekly in the final 10 weeks. They haven't even responded to a formal complaint regarding poor communication, lack of tracking / chasing and it's a month after their 28 day deadline which sums it up really. Appalling customer service from supposed professionals.
