We used Shacklocks to deal with the conveyancing of our family home after mum went to live in a care home. Christalla Betts was the professional that dealt with the matter and she was excellent. She was very professional, made contact at appropriate times throughout, explained matters thoroughly and importantly just got on with it before concluding the business in a timely manner. Christalla had to meet with mum in the care home, during the meeting she was very compassionate and took mums condition into account.
