This was the first time I’d used this company and unfortunately it isn’t one that I’d personally choose to use again which I’m disappointed about as I expected to have much better customer service . The sales process in my opinion was complicated by the over reliance on online communication and the completion of tasks on a portal that required a certain level of IT competence and equipment to be able to achieve . It felt very isolating and impersonal . Communication and updates were poor unless you constantly chased and they certainly were not forthcoming from the company itself . I personally missed the opportunity of meeting a solicitor face to face and developing some sort of personal relationship with them , being able to ask questions that were concerning me and getting immediate answers . There was a lack of progress over many weeks that required constant requests for feedback which I found very frustrating . There are still outstanding issues that haven’t been resolved with money being retained to sort this but no further communication has been received from the company since I completed the sale in April and it’s now June which seems to be a reflection of how things are dealt with . I feel as though I remain in the dark about what is happening and yet it feels as though the sales process on their side has been completed when it hasn’t . From my own personal experience (which Id like to think isn’t the norm ) I feel the company needs to improve its standard of feedback and interaction with customers . On the positive side however the people dealing with the completion itself dealt with it very competently , gave really good feedback by ringing me with updates and the sale went through very quickly on the completion day which was excellent .
