    Visited the new T&E Bakewell office to have our wills drawn up by the lovely Amy Fowlston who was so patient and understanding. She was so good at explaining every part of the process and very respectful throughout, plus we never felt rushed or pushed.     My wife and I are in our 90s and needed to make final wills and appoint Powers of Attorney - quite overwhelming tasks at our age involving several visits to our home and much paperwork. This was done by Amy in a friendly but professional way and after many months waiting for the Office of the Public Guardian to approve and register the documents all is now in place.
