Kornelia and Victoria were very helpful during the sale of my late mother's property. It was not a straightforward sale as we had never lived in the property and didn't have knowledge about some of the more complicated aspects. Kornelia and Victoria were able to guide us through the process, and obtain all the documentation required for the sale to proceed. I am very pleased with the help and advice that they gave.

I was extremely impressed with the conveyancing team handling the sale of my mum’s house. From start to finish, they were professional, easy to deal with, and communicated clearly throughout the process. I could always get through to Molly or Deana, who were assigned to us, which made everything much less stressful. I had done a lot of research beforehand to find a firm that would be easy to work with, and they completely lived up to my expectations. I was also very impressed by Carly Jeffery, the solicitor who visited my mum in her nursing home to set up the specific Power of Attorney. She was kind, gentle, and patient with mum. I would be happy to use Brights again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

When I initially bought the house 7 years ago I went with bright solictors and they was amazing. I needed to do a transfer of equity for a divorce which included tight deadlines so did not hesitate to contact them. Deana and Molly handled my case and I can’t thank them enough for getting everything done in time and being on top of things at all times. They’ve made a very stressful 2 years a lot easier and was very good at communicating and being two steps ahead.

Avoid. Our experience has been incredibly poor from start to finish. We completed forms that weren’t processed, then had to complete them again nearly two weeks later because they had been missed. We were also mistakenly called about another client’s case, which was very concerning. Most seriously, the firm had been removed from our mortgage lender’s panel, yet we were never informed and they continued acting for us, wasting almost three weeks on a time-critical new build purchase. This lack of communication within the firm is extremely concerning. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive, rude, and I was even laughed at on the phone after explaining the impact this had on us. I would not recommend them.

I don't think they are strong enough or capable to provide service on time and continue to communicate . They money but service and communication is very poor.
