Kornelia and Victoria were very helpful during the sale of my late mother's property. It was not a straightforward sale as we had never lived in the property and didn't have knowledge about some of the more complicated aspects. Kornelia and Victoria were able to guide us through the process, and obtain all the documentation required for the sale to proceed. I am very pleased with the help and advice that they gave.

From start to finish, they were professional, easy to deal with, and communicated clearly throughout the process. I could always get through to Molly or Deana, who were assigned to us, which made everything much less stressful. I had done a lot of research beforehand to find a firm that would be easy to work with, and they completely lived up to my expectations. I was also very impressed by Carly Jeffery, the solicitor who visited my mum in her nursing home to set up the specific Power of Attorney. She was kind, gentle, and patient with mum. I would be happy to use Brights again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This is the second property we had to sell due to a bereavement, the first was smooth, this one more tricky and complicated. When I initially bought the house 7 years ago I went with bright solictors and they was amazing. I needed to do a transfer of equity for a divorce which included tight deadlines so did not hesitate to contact them. Deana and Molly handled my case and I can’t thank them enough for getting everything done in time and being on top of things at all times. They’ve made a very stressful 2 years a lot easier and was very good at communicating and being two steps ahead.

I don't think they are strong enough or capable to provide service on time and continue to communicate . They money but service and communication is very poor.

Bright Solicitors were very easy to deal with from the initial phone call through to the delivery of the signed documents. Leila Farkas-Colyer kept the process moving smoothly and ensured I was always clear on what was happening and what the next steps would be. Ethan Cochrane was equally prompt and efficient, and gave me complete confidence that everything relating to the settlement agreement had been handled correctly. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future should the need arise.
Me and my ex partner decided to sell our house in Torpoint last April 2025, halfway through after I signed my half of the contract , our solicitor kornelia decided there was a few too many disputes between me and my ex and wanted one of us to find a new solicitor when we were so close to finishing, she new mine and my exs situation from the beginning as I made sure to ring and let her know everything this should’ve been proposed prior as this added over another £1000 to finish and complete due to being put on a standstill until another solicitor joined just to let kornelia do everything and this other solicitor be a middle man to communicate, we also dident complete til the year after march 2026 would not use these solicitors again or recommend.
