Serena & Alice listened to what I needed and really took it all on board. There were obviously amendments and questions as I would have expected but much less than I had anticipated. For a process I was expecting to be hard work, it was really nice for it to just be smooth and easy.
I can't thank Kornelia and Victoria enough for the help with my house sale. Although there were many hold ups from the buyers end, both Kornelia and Victoria kept chasing things up and keeping me informed at all times. I highly recommend Bright Solicitors. 😊

Kornelia and Victoria were very helpful during the sale of my late mother's property. It was not a straightforward sale as we had never lived in the property and didn't have knowledge about some of the more complicated aspects. Kornelia and Victoria were able to guide us through the process, and obtain all the documentation required for the sale to proceed. I am very pleased with the help and advice that they gave.

I was extremely impressed with the conveyancing team handling the sale of my mum’s house. I could always get through to Molly or Deana, who were assigned to us, which made everything much less stressful. I had done a lot of research beforehand to find a firm that would be easy to work with, and they completely lived up to my expectations. I was also very impressed by Carly Jeffery, the solicitor who visited my mum in her nursing home to set up the specific Power of Attorney. She was kind, gentle, and patient with mum. I would be happy to use Brights again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This is the second property we had to sell due to a bereavement, the first was smooth, this one more tricky and complicated. Brights acted for both our sale and purchase of a new build. In both processes communication was excellent which removed a lot of the uncertainty and stress during a few challenging issues. Both transactions were made quicker than projected timeframes and costs were extremely competitive without compromising quality of service.

We first used Adam when purchasing our flat in 2019 and had such a great experience that there was never really any question about who we wanted to use when the time came to sell it and purchase our next property. As our new purchase, was commercial, Adam passed that side over to his commercial colleagues, Georgia, Jasmine and Lindsey, while continuing to handle the sale of our flat himself. It has been a long and, at times, very stressful process, but Adam, Georgia, Jasmine, Lindsey and the entire Bright team have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I can honestly say I have been by far the most informed person in our entire chain throughout the process. Communication has been exceptional. Having a direct line and being able to actually pick up the phone and speak to someone has made such a difference, and everyone at Bright has been incredibly helpful and responsive, both by phone and email. When things became particularly stressful, including buyers pulling out and various complications along the way, Adam went above and beyond. There were occasions when he was responding to emails first thing in the morning and late at night, and he was always incredibly accommodating when I called with yet another question or wanted to understand exactly where things stood. Georgia, Jasmine and Lindsey have been equally fantastic on the commercial purchase. They have always been quick to respond, endlessly chased other parties in the chain when things needed moving along, and worked incredibly hard to keep everything progressing. Our purchase has certainly not been the most straightforward, and having such a proactive team behind us has made an enormous difference. We have also had the slightly unusual situation of three members of our chain knowing each other and seeing each other almost daily, which I think made the whole process feel even more intense than a normal house move! Throughout it all, the advice, reassurance and support we have received from the whole team has genuinely been second to none. Even our estate agent has commented several times on how helpful and proactive our solicitors have been, which I think says a lot. I have been recommending Adam and Bright to people for the last year and will absolutely continue to do so. After using Adam for our original purchase in 2019, and now having the support of both him and the commercial team through our sale and a much more complicated onward purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to use Bright again. A huge thank you to Adam, Georgia, Jasmine and Lindsey for everything you have done to get us through it!

We recently completed an auction purchase with Bright Solicitors and couldn't be happier with the service. My experience with Bright Solicitors has been exceptional, I engaged there services to handle both the selling of my old property and purchase of the new property, I had the pleasure of Deana and Molly and later in the process Tabitha, ALL were fantastic and patient, Communication was always fast and any queries were dealt with in a timely manner, I would like to thank Deana, Molly & Tabitha for making this process relatively stress free and the issues that were experienced were not the fault of our part of the chain but they kept me up to date on these issues, I would recommend anyone to use Bright Solicitors for there conveyancing needs.

Whilst my purchase didn’t go ahead, I felt Bright Solicitors (specifically Phil) represented my interests well and were great at progressing all aspects of the new build purchase in an efficient manner. I would particularly like to thank them for navigating (what I can only assume was) a complex process of coming out of the contract after exchange due to build delays.

Absolutely outstanding. No other solicitors come close. We have just completed a complicated, stressful and at times absolutely exhausting house sale and purchase, and throughout the entire process, Jemma N, Chloe A and Julie M have been absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, they have been professional, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and most importantly, human. They explained everything to us in detail at every step, took what was probably hundreds of phone calls from me (sorry!), and their responsiveness and turnaround time genuinely cannot be beaten. We encountered multiple issues throughout the process (none caused by Bright), including delays, unexpected legal complications, Land Registry matters, additional statements and a complicated chain. There were so many moments where it felt like everything could potentially fall apart, but they were always on top of things. They chased and chased other solicitors in the chain, were incredibly proactive and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving. What really stood out to us was how much they cared. They didn't just deal with the legal side of things; they took the time to explain what was happening, why, what our options were and what the implications were. When I was worried, they reassured me. When something was complicated, they made it understandable. When something needed chasing, they chased it. They were also incredibly honest and realistic with us. They never made promises just to make us feel better, and we always felt that they were giving us genuinely sensible advice and fighting our corner. Most importantly, they understood how much this move meant to our family and the pressure we were under with timings and logistics. We never once felt like we were just another transaction. I have dealt with solicitors before, and I can honestly say that the level of care, communication, professionalism and commitment we have experienced from Jemma, Chloe and Julie has been completely different. I would recommend Bright without hesitation. Thank you so, so much for everything. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better team to get us over the finish line. ❤️
