    Game changer ….

    I didn’t start my divorce journey with Danielle representing me, with it being no coincidence that my early experiences of the process were very uncomfortable, uncertain, and very worrying. Upon deciding to make a change, Danielle came highly recommended by a colleague, for reasons that became very clear to me during our very first meeting. Danielle was knowledgable, friendly, and her delivery was perfect. It was apparent that she cared about me and the outcome of my case from the get-go. I felt supported and hopeful for the very first time within the process, which had felt entirely unfair up to that point. My position was always one in which I simply wanted a fair. Danielle said that it was ‘easy to fight for fair’ and, despite having to give up my fair share in the process, I actually felt that the outcome was fair. This was not the reality that I faced before Danielle and I can honestly say that she changed the game for me. The position in life that I currently hold and the home that I can provide for my children are solely down to her. I would have been lost without her. I would highly recommend her (and have done) to anyone who asks … and I will definitely use her in all future divorces!

      Chloe and Sophie made the conveyancing process of our house purchase seamless, going above and beyond in their service and fully keeping us up to date on progress every step of the way.       Review of work by Karen Andrews at CWC Solicitors

      CWC Solicitors managed the sale of a flat in Newton Ferrers in a very professional manner. The transaction was complicated by being leasehold but it all went smoothly with no hold-ups. Karen also helped sort out some problems for me with figures required by HMRC. They had previously managed the purchase of the flat 25 years before and found some documents required from that transaction.

      Didn't have a great experience with conveyancing (Just buying). Mainly down to poor comms, required constant chasing, by myself, the vendors solicitor and the Estate Agent - which must itself increase the work load for themselves and stress for all parties. I appreciate this is a busy time, but things were stalling for no aparrant reason (I had taken the file on from a previous buyer, on the property which fell through on week of exchange, so everything should have been in place, apart from mortgage draw down, name changes and fraud checks). Its' not like the service was any cheaper than other local firms. Only responded to two emails of multiple that was sent, although it was appreciated they communicated they recieved the deposit. Spelt my name incorrectly on the contract despite me picking this up on the draft. Asked me when I would like to complete, I said Friday (7 days time), was then notified on the following Wednesday there would not be enough time for drawdown - clearly not, but had it been actioned even on the following Monday or Tuesday, mortgage funds would have been available. I have opted for another local firm, to sell a property subsequently, and so far communications have been night and day better. I hope my experience was a one off.

Had numerous property transactions completed by the team including Chloe, who has taken on a few of mine and still continues to do so. Her service is always excellent. Tony provided Legal Advice last minute, outside of working hours to ensure a transaction made the deadline. I have also dealt with Karen and Claire in the past who have also carried out property purchases for me. Lauren is always on hand to provide answers to questions and keep us up to date. Highly recommend .
