I was very impressed with the service that I received. I was given professional and clear advice and the process was painless.

My Will was well handled and I was very happy with the Professional Service I received.

I used this firm because they were recommended by our estate agents, but unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. Communication was sometimes slow, and I found myself having to chase for updates more than expected. There were multiple spelling mistakes on my contract and no apology for the errors, which didn’t inspire confidence. They did get the job done in the end, but I wouldn’t choose to use them again. Some positives, but overall a frustrating experience.

I found Mr Hunt to be totally professional and straight to the point. I hope I do not need a Lawyer for a repeat performance, but will use Kitson Boyce( Mr Hunt) without question.

I have been a client of Kitson's , now Kitson Boyce, for many years. However, at the beginning of 2023 I engaged the Business Team, headed by Corri Pedrick and Jayme Nicholson to assist in the sale of my business. This soon grew into asking for their support and advice on a massive issue regarding a negligence issue and breach of contract. Both the business sale and conduct issues were intrinsically connected and very complicated. The whole team could not have done more. At every step and turn I was kept informed and advised and supported. Every member of the team, from the reception staff, the secretaries and the trainee solicitors showed empathy towards me. Nothing was too much trouble, I was kept informed either by telephone/email/ Teams and face to face meetings. The sale of my business was successfully concluded thanks to Corri’s and Jayme's professional and highly skilled negotiations in obtaining the best possible outcome for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone who needs support at the highest level.

Absolutely dreadful, did not do the work. Did not represent me in the divorce court, claimed for work they didn’t do and provided with what can only be described as a genuinely lame representation in correspondence with other solicitors. Advised not to report a crime and were very angry when I went to police and reported the crime. Charged for work they did not do. Avoid at all costs. PS/ the perpetrator I reported was jailed for 22 years for the abuse. Kitsons put pressure on me not to report the crimes.

They do not reply and ignore solicitor and estate agents correspondence. I did use them 6years ago and the service was really good, but sadly after having to deal with them now as the other side, they come across incompetent. Up until this point I would have used them again and recommended them. I only didn’t use them as they were too busy, but I will now take my business elsewhere
