      Cash was extremely approachable from first contact with him. We were upfront with our time line from the offset and Cash worked relentlessly to ensure we exchanged on time for our completion date.       I am currently dealing with this firm as an agent and if I was to give anyone any advice it would be to AVOID. If your solicitor is unwell no work will be done on the case. Not even when its ready to exchange and buyer is pressing for it as well as seller and sellers solicitor. They say they have done things yet they havent. We are just getting no where.

      Avoid avoid and avoid!!! They’re terrible, they don’t get back to you! They never reply on the portal. They’re this cheap for a reason, pay a little extra and find a better company. They have made me pay fees because they didn’t reach deadlines they knew they had to. I’ve spoken to several people they’ve all had the same issues. We are currently in the process to take legal actions against the company.
